SIMY 435 - Understanding Your Customers


Description: This course will help with understanding your customer's behavior. Using the right technology along with using the right relationship management system, we can do a better job at anticipating our customers' needs, and wants. Companies like Amazon, Google have done a fantastic job doing this. Now it's our job to learn how they do it. Letter grade only.
