MGMT 325 - Fundamentals In Human Capital Management


Description: This course addresses the critical topic of managing human capital from the perspective of the HR manager and will include strategic issues in organizational staffing and talent management including: engaging and managing a multi-cultural and multi-generational workforce, recruitment, selection, evaluation, performance management, training, employment law, labor relations, and employee privacy and safety. Letter grade only.
