Emphases are placed on the current healthcare regulatory environment, regulatory agencies/laws that govern the healthcare industry, e.g. HHS, CMS, OCR, CDC HIPAA, ACA, etc., medically-necessary care for uninsured, licensure portability and current scope-of-practice issues.
