NTS 250 - Food Is Medicine


Description: This course introduces the concepts of evidenced-based complementary, integrative and functional nutrition approach to health care that focuses on identifying the root causes and system imbalances that influence health and disease. The course includes a thorough study of food-based solutions for maintaining and improving health, chronic disease prevention and management. Letter grade only.
