Description: This course includes an investigation of the physiological and biochemical changes imposed on the body by certain diseases and conditions and the prescribed dietary modifications. This course covers medical nutrition therapy using multiple feeding routes, the nutrition care process and medical charting for clinical nutrition practitioners. Letter grade only.
