Includes Bayes rule, basic Bayesian formulation (priors, posteriors, likelihoods), single- and multiple-parameter models, hierarchical models, generalized linear models, multivariate models, mixture models, models for missing data, merging statistical and process models, overview of spatial and temporal processes, and introduction to computation methods.
