NTS 550 - Human Metabolism: Macro And Micronutrients
Description: This course provides advanced training in macro- and micronutrient metabolism, including an in-depth investigation of the structure, function, digestion, absorption, transport, and storage of nutrients, as well as the metabolic pathways of nutrient metabolism. Students will learn how to locate, interpret, and evaluate professional literature to make evidence-based nutrition recommendations. Letter grade only.
