LEA 435 - Data-driven Decision-making For Industrial Leaders


Description: Data Driven Decision-Making for Industrial Leaders focuses on using data in industrial workplace decision-making including budgets, Lean Six-Sigma methods, productivity, quality and workflow processes. Using basic decision-making tools and software students delve into the role of operations in manufacturing and service organizations. Critical elements of this course include analysis and application of operations data for frontline leaders as applied to the industrial workplace. This course is an important component of the Industrial Leadership bachelor's degree program as it prepares students with leadership skills to be successful in today's industrial workplace. Letter grade only.
