Description: This course examines the roles of leadership theories and practices in the public sector. Students will examine how leaders, including themselves, can reshape the practice and perception of public organizations. Understanding the role of effective and ethical leadership in the political arena and in the public sector will allow students to develop their own capacity for leadership. Letter grade only.
