Description: The course provides students with knowledge of the fundamental concepts and applicable tools of revenue management for the hospitality industry. The course focuses on the integration of revenue management techniques with information technology, internal management issues, and external marketing concerns. The course will emphasize not only the conceptual part of revenue management, but also the practical applications used in the hospitality industry, especially hotel industry. Real hospitality property management system will be utilized in this course to provide students with real life-world situations and experiences. Letter grade only.
