NUR 559 - Population And Public Health Assessment In Practice


Description: The purpose of this course is to guide nurse leaders in the essential elements of advanced population and public health assessment. It builds upon existing skills in health assessment, and population health management for the improvement of health outcomes for diverse population groups. The course aligns with Commission on Certification of Nursing Education (CCNE) and American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Essentials and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) Nurse Executive Leader, and Population Health competencies. Letter grade only.
