Physical Therapy
Description: Clinical Education Experience 1 is the first, full-time clinical education experience of clinical physical therapy practice under the supervision of a Clinical Instructor. During this integrated clinical education experience, the learner will develop patient management skills including examination, evaluation, clinical decision making, and implementation of appropriate interventions. Learners will be provided with opportunities to hone their communication skills through interactions with patients/clients, caregivers, and other professionals as a member of the interprofessional team. These skills will be further developed and enhanced in the remaining two clinical education experiences. Pass/Fail only.
