BIO 415 - Plant Taxonomy

Description: Introduces the principles of plant classification; a survey of flowering plant families in northern Arizona; collection, identification, and preservation of wild flowers and grasses. 3 hrs. lecture, 3 hrs. lab. Letter grade only. Course fee required. Prerequisite: BIO 182 and BIO 182L and (BIO 284 or BIO 345 or BIO 374 or BIO 410 or BIO 411 or BIO 414 or BIO 426C or BIO 431)
