Physician Assistant Studies
Description: This lecture and small group work based course is designed to provide the student with opportunities to apply their ongoing fund of knowledge and skills to case-based patient scenarios. Students will perform thorough patient evaluations, honing their clinical decision-making and medical documentation skills in the areas of musculoskeletal/rheumatology, pain management, gastroenterology, endocrinology, OB/GYN, genitourology, hematology/oncology, and pediatrics. 1.5 hrs. lecture, .5 hrs. lab. Letter grade only.
