SIMY 250 - The Service Imperative

Description: The service culture within an organization is created by its quality of customer service; thus, leading to that organization's success or failure. This course introduces students to the value of implementing a service strategy to raise an organization above its competition. To create such a winning strategy, students will learn principles, values and service strategy employed from the top down. Letter grade only.
