Description: Students will develop a theoretical and practical understanding of how to effectively engage audiences across digital channels. The course includes discussion of the history of the Internet, identifying and segmenting proprietary audiences, and best practices for integrated engagement across digital platforms including websites, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email, and blogs to create comprehensive campaigns.
