Description: HON 209 provides credit to Honors students participating in various Honors Peer Leader positions/opportunities. This class serves to provide Honors students leadership opportunities to help them be successful in the Honors Program. The specific Honors Peer Leader opportunity addressed is identified in the course topic line. HON 209 prepares students to step into further leadership roles within Honors. Further, HON 209 fills a need in training Honors students to effectively serve as Peer Leaders in various capacities. Co-convened with HON 309. Letter grade only. May be repeated for up to 9 units of credit with different topics.
