Description: This course provides students with the skills needed to apply for careers in the field of nutrition and dietetics, as well as graduate programs and dietetic internships. Students will learn how to market and communicate their skills and abilities pertinent to the field via resumes, cover letters, essays, applications, and interviews. Topics essential for success in the work force such as ethics and professionalism are also addressed. Letter grade only.
