CHM 310 - Principles Of Brewing Science


Description: This course will be a survey of the fundamental steps in the brewing process starting with raw materials through to packaging. The course will establish the framework of brewing science and build on the general knowledge gained through the prerequisite courses. Instructor consent required: Students must be 21+ years of age as of the first day of class. Letter grade only.
