Science Education
Description: This course explores of the field of engineering as it relates to the Next Generation Science Standards and other state standards and its integration with traditional science courses (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, etc.). Educators will improve their abilities to meet current instructional standards and incorporate engineering into other K-12 science courses. A primary goal is for students in this course to develop ideas and resources they can directly implement in their own K-12 science classrooms. Letter grade only.
