Description: System-on-chip (SoC) design has become the core of most embedded computing and consumer de-vices, such as cell phones, automotive systems, aerospace equipment, wearable devices, and medical electronics. This course will provide an understanding of the concepts, issues, and methodologies of designing highly integrated SoCs. In addition to the conceptual foundations, this course will involve significant hands-on assignments that will expose students to state-of-the-art design methodologies and platforms. Letter grade only.
