Description: This course focuses on interdisciplinary field methods across the geological, environmental, ecological, and planetary sciences and serves undergraduate STEM majors across campus. Students will design and conduct studies to better understand the Colorado Plateau while learning practical skills in field research methodologies. The summer field experience takes place at the historic Hat Ranch. Cross-listed with SCI 240. Letter grade only. May be repeated for up to 12 units of credit.
