Transformational Leadership and Culture, Undergraduate Certificate
NAU Yuma
Provost Office
Transformation Leadership and Culture is about digging into who we are and how we are called to lead the people around us. To be most effective, we need to work on ourselves first and then tend to the culture of our teams and the organization at large. To do this, we must look within ourselves and identify what might be holding us back from creating those quality relationships. We are not simply managing processes, but leading people. To promote success in our lives and our organization, we need to unleash our inner spirit and create opportunities for achievement. At the end of the day, we need to ask ourselves if we are willing to put forth the effort for purposeful leadership and the overall success of our people and the organization.

Purpose Statement
The purpose of the Transformational Leadership and Culture (TLC) certificate is to offer students and organizations an academic program that is focused on today's leadership needs. A certificate is a perfect option for organizations and students who are not in search of a degree or have acquired a degree and want flexibility in their attempt to continue their education in leadership.
A certificate in TLC is about self-reflection and learning to be a positive force for change in your organization. Time and time again, we are faced with the realities of leading people, and our common goal should be ensuring that everyone in the organization is nurtured for success.
